The Plot - "A couple undergo a procedure to erase each other from their memories when their relationship turns sour, but it is only through the process of loss that they discover what they had to begin with."

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Such a beautiful movie. A love story which ended brutally, given a chance for a new beginning. Would you ever erase someone from your memory? Someone who was once dear to you? I wouldn't. I never would. Not the bad memories, and certainly not the good ones, even if it hurts to look back at happier times when the present is a stupefying mess.
