A super simple 3 Ingredient Nama Chocolate recipe - only dark chocolate, heavy cream, and some matcha powder! It is a fast and easy no-bake recipe. If you like Royce's Nama Chocolate, you will like this too 😉
This Nama Chocolate is made with dark chocolate, and dusted with matcha powder for a hint of matcha flavour. You can substitute matcha powder with cocoa powder instead if you prefer.

Yield: 30 bite-sized portions
Ingredients
280g of Dark Chocolate
140ml of Heavy Cream (room temperature)
Matcha Powder (for dusting)

Directions

[For Macaron Shells]
1. In a large metal bowl, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
2. Add in the heavy cream and mix well.
3. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a small square mould lined with baking paper.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
5. Remove the nama chocolate and slice into bite-sized squares. You can use a warm knife to make it easier to slice.
6. Dust with matcha powder using a sieve.
