Cinnamon Baked Donuts (Hello Kitty Donuts)
June 28, 2016
These cinnamon baked donuts are chewy, fluffy, and refreshing thanks to the cinnamon spice. They are frosted with white chocolate to look like Sanrio's Hello Kitty!
I baked these with my dear friend, Sulin, who has such a flair for artistic stuff in general. We were such big fans of Kawaii stuff in the past, and used to pass each other notes in class that were written on cute paper. Fun school days!
Mini glass apple with mini donuts!
I used a mini donut pan to make these donuts, but you can always bake them in a normal sized donut pan.
They were incredibly simple to make, and most of the effort comes in for decorating the donuts. You can use almond slices or cut biscuits for Hello Kitty's ears. Always have fun and be creative with what you use to decorate your desserts!
You can choose to decorate them like normal donuts, and they'd taste just as good. Perhaps sprinkle with chopped oreos or almond.
Have fun baking!

Can I fry these instead of bake? Thx
ReplyDeleteHi Sierra, you will have to bake these as they need the donut mould.
