Feels like I've been gone for so long. Even though I've been baking so much, none of them made it to my blog because I've yet to edit them. I promise to edit them and update Sumopocky soon! In the mean time, sharing a bunny cake I baked a while back. Decorated it without fondant, using buttercream, chocolate, and biscuits for the ears. 

You can choose to bake your favourite sponge cake and fillings. This particular cake consisted of 3 layers of 7 inch sponge cake, and one layer of 5.5" sponge. Even though the layer on top is smaller, it's fine because the cake will be trimmed away later on. Hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
